1. Overview

A regular client sent an email to us with the project of his office building that need to upgrade with panel light by adding sensor, which can realize that the light turned on when people come and turned off 1 minute after people leave.

2. Ideas

Our team immediately discussed the project and recommended our more cost-effective modular panel light series products to the client to replace the conventional panel light. Compared with the features of conventional panel lights, the sensor installation of modular panel lights would be more flexible, and it can help client reduce installation costs. So we made a set of 3D renderings of the currently popular PN and PG series modular panel lights

3. Feedback

We introduced the characteristics of PN series and PG series products to customers. The luminous angle of the PN series was 80 degrees, and the luminous effect was greater than 130LM/W, which was suitable for small office areas and narrow aisles. The PG series had a luminous angle of 85 degrees and a luminous efficacy greater than 150LM/W, which was suitable for large office areas and wide aisles. Both products can flexibly configure sensors. We had prepared luminous effect diagrams for client to compare, so that he can choose products suitable for his project more intuitively. The client finally chose one of the series and fully confirmed our work professionalism

4. Result

Our client can understand the structural principles of our products more intuitively through 3D product renderings. It took our team less than 2 days from inquiry to confirmation of product structure with orders. He were very satisfied with our quick response and react efficiency .

5. How We Did It

The sensing function that client need to achieve was not only the function of turning on and off, but also the need for 100% brightness of the light when people came in, and 10% of the brightness of the light after people left, which required the use of a driver with 1-10V of dimming function, and that was the function of the panel light with intelligent dimming plus sensor.

6. Summary
