Modular LED Linear Light Series
Our semi-knocked-down (SKD) LED linear lighting solutions combine premium aluminum housing with high-efficiency LED technology, offering flexible assembly options to reduce shipping costs and import duties. Four profiles ship as SKD kits: the PF Series surface and suspended linear light and the PR-2 Series use a frosted or prismatic diffuser (UGR<19), while the PD Series suspended linear light and the PR Series add a reflector-plus-lens optic for UGR<16 low-glare output.
If local assembly is not a requirement, the same profiles ship fully assembled as our commercial LED linear light series — UGR ≤ 19, CRI up to 95 Ra, custom lengths and DALI-2 / D4i dimming. For flat-panel formats, the same semi-knocked-down program is available from our SKD LED panel light supply.

An SKD LED linear light ships as separate, pre-tested components rather than as a finished fixture, and the luminaire is assembled after it reaches its destination market. Because components travel instead of assembled fixtures, importers pay lower freight and, in many markets, a lower duty rate, while keeping control of final assembly, branding and packaging.
Which components are included in an SKD LED linear light kit?
Each kit covers nine component groups: the aluminum housing or extrusion profile with end caps, mounting brackets and connection joints; the LED module or PCB pre-soldered with LED chips; the driver; a PC or PMMA diffuser; the reflector; the optical lens; pre-cut electrical wiring with connectors; accessories such as screws, mounting clips, suspension wires and T, X or L joints; and protective packaging material.
